Asda GOT their Planning permission for a new store to be built, Despite the numerous inaccuracies given to the planning committee. Such as, The store is accessed off the A333 ! NO it is access off Walmley Ash Road which is unnumbered and where community needs take precedence. The A333 is in Wickham!
Walmley Cricket Club Action Group.
This group was launched last year. They have set up specifically to protect the Walmley Cricket Club area from inappropriate development. Watch this space for contact details and the link to their web site. We are happy to work with them to look after our area. See LINKS page for thie details.
New Hall Valley Clean Up.
Litter Pick on New Hall Valley Sunday 10th February. Meet up on the Valley Car Park by Bishop Walsh School at 10.30am. Litter pick and path maintenance work for about 2 hours. Your Support is appreciated. As Jeff would say...."it`s OUR Park, lets keep it CLEAN and Safe!"
